Neka terminal in northern Iran

epa00181718 The Neka oil terminal in the northern Iranian province of Mazandaran, Thursday 29 April 2004, where Iranian President Mohammad Khatami inaugurated a project to transfer raw oil from the Caspian Sea to other parts of Iran for refinery.
